INTO THE WOODS, the film:

Today we are very excited because "Into the Woods", the film we were so much looking forward to seeing its finally coming  out. A film directed by Rob Marshal and produced by Walt Disney Pictures Into the Woods is a musical that combines the plots from several stories that P.S. Besitos loves: Cinderella, Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel and Jack and the magic beans.

The film tells the story of a married bakers couple who have been cursed by a witch (played by the fantastic Meryl Streep) and they have to get into the woods to find the necessary items to break the spell. 

On their way they meet characters from the Grimm Brothers stories and the combination of all of these leads into a fabulous film full of adventure. Starts as a fantasy musical and evolves into a story about responsibility and the consequences that our wishes carry.

It is the first theatric adaptation that Disney does of a Broadway musical and we delighted to introduce you to this incredible film "Into the Woods".

Hoy en P.S. Besitos estamos muy contentos porque se estrena Into the Woods, la película dirigida por Rob Marshal y producida por Walt Disney Pictures  que llevábamos tiempo esperando. Into the Woods es un musical que combina los argumentos de varios largometrajes que en P.S. Besitos nos encantan: Cenicienta, Caperucita Roja, Rapunzel y Jack y las habichuelas mágicas.

La película cuenta la historia de un matrimonio de panaderos que han sido maldecidos por una bruja (interpretada por la fabulosa Meryl Streep) y deben introducirse en el bosque para encontrar los objetos necesarios para acabar con este hechizo.

Por el camino se encontrarán con personajes de los cuentos de los hermanos Grimm y la combinación de todos estos elementos da lugar a una película cargada de aventuras que comienza siendo un musical de fantasía y termina siendo una historia sobre la responsabilidad y los problemas que conllevan los deseos.

Es la primera adaptación teatral de Disney de un musical de Broadway y en P.B. Besitos no podemos estar más expectantes por ver Into the Woods.

Rapunzel, a new P.S. Besitos clutch model:

Following our presentation of new P.S. Besitos clutch models for this upcoming season, today we bring you the book Rapunzel, framed within our line of "Fairy Tales."

Rapunzel, also known as "The Maiden in the Tower", is one of the fairy tales of the Grimm Brothers more classic in its structure: The couple who wants a child, the wicked witch who appropriates the baby that becomes a maid and is locked in a tower. The prince comes to the rescue. It talks about the misfortune of the lovers when they are discovered by the witch and the salvation through the love professed, with the typical end of "marry and are happy forever."

One of the latest funniest versions of this classic story has been the animated Disney film "Tangled". While the adaptation is quite free and the story is far away from the original story, is worth it by its main characters, both with strong personalities, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, a bandit who replaced the Prince, away from the syrupy pattern from Disney.

Our clutch printing is inspired by the original story, with a design that fits perfectly with any type of styling.

Siguiendo con nuestra presentación de los nuevos modelos de clutch de  P.S. Besitos para esta próxima temporada, hoy os traemos el título Rapunzel, enmarcado dentro de nuestra línea de “Cuentos de Hadas”.

Rapunzel, también conocido como “La dama de la torre”, es uno de los cuentos de los Hermanos Grimm más clásicos en su estructura: La pareja que desea un hijo, la bruja malvada que se apropia del bebé que se convierte en doncella y es encerrada en una torre. El príncipe que viene al rescate. La desgracia de los amantes al ser descubiertos por la bruja y la salvación gracias al amor que se profesan,  con el típico final  de “se casan y son felices para siempre”.

Una de las últimas versiones más divertidas de este clásico cuento  ha sido la película de animación “Enredados” de Disney. Aunque la adaptación es bastante libre y la historia se aleja bastante del cuento original, merece la pena por sus personajes principales, ambos con fuertes personalidades, tanto Rapunzel como Flynn Rider, el bandido que sustituye al príncipe, alejándose del patrón almibarado de la factoría Disney.

La estampación de nuestro clutch se inspira en la historia original, con un diseño que encaja a la perfección con cualquier tipo de estilismo.
