The CFDA Fashion Awards are held every year in New
York to honor the best ambassadors of fashion in the United States. Prizes
range from designing women's underwear, men's clothing, to accessories. In
addition, the great journalistic work, the creative vision and his career,
style icons ... etc.
This year the Olsen twins were recognized for their
hard work for their brand 'The Row'. They won the “Womenswear” prize and Tom
Ford the male one. The winner of "Fashion Icon 2015" was Pharrell
Williams, the famous singer and producer had the good fortune to receive the
award from the hand of his friend, the well-known and versatile Kanye West.
In general, the CFDA awards are few who will not see a
specific theme and in the MET Gala or Cannes, it is much easier without losing
elegance.

Fashion Awards se celebran cada año en Nueva York para premiar a los mejores
embajadores de la moda de Estados Unidos. Los premios van desde el diseño de
ropa interior de mujer, ropa de hombre, hasta complementos. Además, se reconoce
el gran trabajo periodístico, la visión creativa y su trayectoria, iconos de estilo
en las redes…etc.
Este año
fueron reconocidas por su gran trabajo las gemelas Ashley y Mary Kate Olsen y
su marca 'The Row' en moda femenina y Tom Ford en masculino. El ganador de
“Icono de Moda 2015” fue Pharrel Williams, el conocido cantante y productor
tuvo la gran suerte de recibir el premio de la mano de su amigo, el
archiconocido y polifacético Kanye West.
En
general, los CFDA son unos premios en los que no veremos una temática
específica como en la Gala MET o en el festival de Cannes, es mucho más
sencillo pero sin perder la elegancia.
